Above and beyond for our customers

Eschmann recently provided an EVA 23B vacuum autoclave to Wigan Vets4Pets veterinary practice when they’re existing autoclave from another company couldn’t be fixed in time. Robyn Lowe, registered veterinary nurse, comments on the practice’s experience with Eschmann:

“Working in clinical practice, it's so clear how one glitch in the 'process' can make everything grind to a halt.

“Eschmann recently supported us enormously in delivering an autoclave to the practice, for use over Christmas, while our other one was broken with no mechanics working to fix it.

“Without the autoclave from Eschmann, we would have been without sterile instruments for essential operations and surgery that were undertaken over the Christmas period. [This] could have put us in a very tricky situation should an emergency have arisen and we didn't have necessary sterile instruments to deal with it appropriately.

“Great service and support - if anyone is looking for a new autoclave and service , we would certainly recommend Eschmann.”
