Starting salary: £32,000 per annum

Main responsibilities include:

• Organise and carry out servicing, installation, repair, routine maintenance, user training and modification to Company products on Customer premises.
• To prepare accurate reports and keep detailed records as necessary, whilst following the Company procedures defined in Standing Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Actively promote the Company’s products and services.

The customer will be at the heart of everything you do, and so as well as having the required technical skills to diagnose and repair our technology, you will also have excellent customer service and communication skills.  This will enable you to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, whilst being able to communicate effectively with the team and the customer.

Location and transport

You must be located in the Gloucestershire or Herefordshire (GL & HR postcodes) area as you will be expected to cover the following postcodes: GL, HR, LD, NP and part of SY.

You will be provided with a Company vehicle.  You may occasionally be expected to cover other areas throughout England, Wales and Scotland as required.

Starting salary: £25,063 per annum

In this role you will be on the front line, receiving customer calls and emails relating to breakdowns and requests for services,  you will be providing the first line of technical support to customers over the phone on the Eschmann range of products.  You will be raising jobs, assigning them to relevant engineers, and liaising with Service Engineers as required. 

The position, within the Service Support Team, falls within the overall Customer Support Department, which handles all orders, quotations, contracts and any issues regarding the services and breakdown of equipment.

About You

You will possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to both internal and external customers.

With a flexible approach you are confident in prioritising customer queries and providing appropriate responses.
