- Process Monitoring
- Dual, independent process monitoring systems constantly check the performance of every autoclave cycle.
- One system operates the cycle according to a set of pre-determined parameters, the other totally independent system measures the actual performance against its own set of pre-defined performance parameters.
- The dual systems provide complete assurance that each cycle performs to its required specification. Any deviation from the set parameters will result in an immediate cycle interruption.
- Accurate self diagnosis on every cycle - ensuring all performance failures are identified immediately - not at a later date as is possible with autoclaves which rely on separate cycle recorders to give visual indication of cycle failure.
