During the visit the EschmannCare Engineer will provide Free* operator training which covers the following:

- Correct use and maintenance of the equipment and accessories.
- Daily record-keeping and maintenance of equipment book logs.
- Simple fault diagnosis and any remedial action required.

Every effort should be made to ensure the attendance of all users and operators, so they may receive the benefits of the training provided, and ask any questions they may have in relation to their specific use of the equipment.

Please note: The regulatory authorities and the British Dental Association (BDA) strongly recommend that operator training be provided with all new equipment.


*Training will be provided Free of Charge during this and other scheduled CarePlan visits. A Charge will be made if training is required at other times than to those stated.
