EschmannCare provide a complete range of CarePlan service agreements which are provided exclusively by Eschmann Equipment.

Servicing will only be undertaken by our fully qualified EschmannCare service Engineers and have been designed to provide the assurance that you and your Autoclave or Washer Disinfector receives the highest level of care.

FIV - Free Installation Visit

• Free installation and training on the Decontamination equipment purchased*
• Mid-warranty 'Healthcheck' service for your Little Sister Autoclave or Instrument Washer Disinfector.

*Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Available free for UK mainland customers only.

CarePlan 200

• Two (2) service visits per year, carried out by a qualified EschmannCare service engineer.
• Service package is designed for - all autoclaves performing up to and including 1500 cycles per annum.

CarePlan 300

• Three (3) service visits per year, carried out by a qualified EschmannCare engineer.
• Service package is designed for - all autoclaves performing up to and including 3000 cycles per annum.

CarePlan 400

• Four (4) service visits per year, carried out by a qualified EschmannCare engineer.
• Service package is designed for - all autoclaves performing in excess of 3000 cycles per annum.
